1. Cake cutting can be done inside the airport in the lounge area only. It cannot be done during the ride inside the plane.

Flower bouquet (approx. 10-11 roses/flowers): Rs 500

Banners – (Happy Birthday / Happy Anniversary / I Love You / Will you marry me): Rs 500 each
1. You can bring your own banner, however, you will have to pay Rs 500 as the charges for the banner will still apply.
2. If the size of the banner is big and needs 2 persons to hold it then Rs 1000/- extra will have to be paid on the ground in cash to the ground staff directly.

Maximum age: There is no maximum age limit. We have flown people over 80 years age as well.

The total weight of all passengers should not exceed 210 kg.
Total weight of all passengers + pilot is calculated to ensure the total weight of all persons on the aircraft is below the maximum weight limit allowed on the aircraft. You will have to share the weights of all the passengers in your group before making a booking.

Reporting time: Your reporting time is 45 minutes prior to your ride start time. For example, if your ride start time is 11:00 am, you must report at the airport entrance at 10:15 am.

• The routes are decided and approved by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) and may change last minute without prior notice.

• The timings will be confirmed 1 day prior only and are subject to change last minute without prior notice depending on the weather conditions and visibility factors.

• North Mumbai route is for the 30 minutes ride and South Mumbai route is for the 60 minutes ride. Please note, routes cannot be customized.

Bookings for airplane ride in Mumbai have strict policies for cancellation and rescheduling. We request you to carefully read the same before booking.

1. Cancellation by customer:
No refund: Bookings are not cancellable by the customer. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled by the customer.

2. No show:
If you or a member of your group does not show up, no refund will be given.

3. Showing up late:
If you or a member of your group does not show up on time, no refund will be given. Your booking time will also not be extended.

4. Reschedule by customer:
No reschedule allowed: Bookings cannot be rescheduled. You will not be allowed to prepone or postpone your booking.

5. Cancellation by operator:
1. Full* refund: You will get a full* refund or have the option to reschedule the booking if your booking is cancelled by the operator due to unfavourable weather conditions, technical or operational reasons.
2. Full* refund: Bookings may be cancelled last minute if there are restrictions by government authorities (police / defence authorities / etc) to operate the activity. In this case, you will get an option to either reschedule your booking or take a full* refund.

*Non-Refundable Payment Gateway Fees:
Payment gateway / transaction charges are non-refundable, even in cases where a full refund of the experience amount is approved, irrespective of whether the booking is cancelled by the customer or the operator.

Customer’s are requested to patiently wait in case of such delays.
